We set out in 1976 to build a CPA and Consulting firm that could provide diversified management experience to the smaller business operations and professionals who needed the expertise but could not justify multiple departments and layers of administration. For more than 30 years, clients have trusted Lacher McDonald & Co., CPAs for guidance and support. Beginning with a handful of clients in the Tampa Bay area, we currently reach out to clients spread across the United States. Our clients are small to medium-sized businesses in a broad range of professions and industries. We have within our team a collection of experience including public accounting with local, regional and national CPA firms; private accounting ranging from small local businesses all the way up to a Fortune 500 Company; extensive tax experience; financing for start-up companies, acquisitions, quantum leaps, cross buy-outs and succession planning; human resources; information technology (IT) for small business settings; and general business. A division of the firm has made a concerted effort to provide consulting and accounting services to veterinarians.
