Our story, like so many, begins with an opportunity. In our case, it was the belief Dr. John Kotter held that if more people were better leaders, the benefits would be endless. We could change the world. So, almost a decade ago, we set out to make it come true. We audaciously started as a team of five and now have powerhouse people located across the United States and Europe.
