CONTMAN Professional Services is a part of CONTMAN company, providing services for the OpenText ECM platform. In addition, we support clients with CONTMAN Director, Digital Mind SigningServices, Autenti and WEBCON BPS. We operate on the market for over 20 years. Furthermore, we have performed implementations for more than 170 customers in Poland and several European countries. Particularly, one of our implementations was a system of for 1.2 billion documents and more than 15 thousand users online. We have advised and implemented the optimization of electronic document signing processes for over 500 sales representatives. Of course, these installations are still under the care of our professional services team. We have professional services staff and expertise in the field of content management, scanning, business process, workflow and electronic signature systems. Our professional services are simultaneously based on OpenText ECM, CONTMAN Director, Digital Mind SigningServices, Autenti and WEBCON BPS. We know very well that the biggest problem in the implementation of complex IT systems is access to professional services specialists, especially in OpenText solutions. Opportunities for international support are undoubtedly limited, and access to direct assistance is not satisfactory. We are trying to fill that gap.
