Business Leaders Malta came to life in 2009, as an alliance between three diverse companies - training and development consultancy, Mdina Partnership; event management company, Jugs Malta; and recruitment specialist Konnekt. Business Leaders Malta is now an established company focusing on providing accredited training courses, conference management services, and market, employee and media research solutions through its brand, Esprimi. BLM is also synonymous with the much awaited Annual Conference - an event which attracts people by the hundreds, all eagerly waiting for the inspirational speakers and exciting ideas we have in store, year on year. The BLM team is made up of highly experienced management consultants, human capital managers, engineers, marketers and communicators with strong, determined personalities, all of whom have the experience of running successful organisations of their own.
