Bicom Systems is an international software telecommunication company. Founded in 2004, has grown to become a globally competitive company, employing over 140 people across the world. We have offices in Sarajevo, Tuzla, Zenica, London, Canada, France, UK, South Africa and USA. Our teams manufacture, distribute and support unified communications end-to-end software solutions to SMBs, Call Centers, and above all – Service Providers. At this moment our clients are using our virtualization solution, SERVERware, and our PBX solution, PBXware on more than 10 000 unique instances. Over 1 000 000 end users are using our VoIP phone and application solutions, Meeting, gloCOM GO and gloCOM and consuming over 10 000 000 calls and meetings per day. We achieve all that by creating close relationships with our partners and the whole ecosystem we are in.
