Avant Garde came about because we grew tired of the status quo of the over-priced, cookie-cutter solutions that were being offered, specifically in ServiceNow at the expense of customers who did not know what they didn't know. We saw an opportunity to make a difference by empowering customers by giving them their voice back without feeling obligated to create solutions that are costly or heavily customized if unnecessary.
