ADAR’s Founder has over 30 years of personal experience leading and managing professionals through successful performance on critical Government initiatives, consistently delivering on time and within budget. These initiatives included over $250M in Federal Government Contracts, Tasks and Delivery orders, with a concentration of projects for NIH, Navy, DISA and many other Civilian and DoD agencies.
