Ideally you will be revamping websites for a better conversion and user experience in a data driven way. Requirements:UI Design Proficiency: Mastery in visual design tools like Figma, with a sharp eye for layout, typography, color theory, and iconography. Your designs must not only be visually appealing but also strategically optimised for high conversion rates.-Understanding of CRO Principles: A robust understanding of conversion rate optimisation, including A/B testing and heatmap analysis. You'll need to design with the intent to increase user actions like clicks, purchases, or sign-ups, and understanding how design choices impact those conversions.Prototyping and Wire framing: Proficiency in building interactive prototypes and wireframes. You must incorporate animations and interactions that enhance user engagement and improve conversion rates to your design for development hand-off.User Research Proficiency: Experience conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights into user behaviours and preferences.
