About the roll :

In accordance with the requirements of the construction law, building norms and company standards, and within the specified budget, organizes and supervises the process of adapting and equipping PEPCO premises, and within the specified budget, prepares projects for the development of premises space.

Your responsibilities:

1. Develops architectural concepts for stores and coordinates the design process to ensure compliance with PEPCO standards.
2. ?Plans and designs the development of the premises area according to company standards, for approval by the Investment Manager and Chief Operating Officer.
3. ?Provides landlords with PEPCO’s “Workmanship Guidelines” and agrees on the arrangement of the premises (layout, sanitary, and electrical installations).
4. ?Prepares sketches of electrical and sanitary installations for the landlords.
5. ?Coordinates branch projects carried out by design offices (including sanitary, electrical systems).?
6. Monitors the progress of contractors’ work on construction sites and makes technical decisions on tasks.?
7. Completes as-built technical and design documentation of the premises.?
8. Works with suppliers on renovation, construction, and equipping the premises with necessary systems for proper store operation.
