As the Strategy&Growth Analyst, you will be at the forefront of decision-making processes within the company by analysing critical business and market data, identifying trends, doing competitive research, and providing actionable insights to different stakeholders. You will be involved in all aspects of the product IT business operations — from user acquisition to product marketing, retention, monetisation, technical aspects, etc. This is not just a position but a gateway to fast career growth, collaboration across diverse projects and departments, and the chance to make a lasting impact.Key Responsibilities:● Analysis of markets and competitors to identify opportunities for current projects’ growth or launch of new products and initiatives;● Analysis of the company’s projects and departments’ performance to identify growth points or inefficiencies to enable growth of revenue and profitability;● Cooperation with the company’s management on key strategic initiatives to achieve goals faster and in a more efficient way;● Preparation of presentations, memos, financial reports, and models for different internal and external stakeholders;● Participation in hiring and HR processes to attract and retain the best talent;● Building a strong network of contacts in the market to gather knowledge and insights that can be implemented in our company.From you:● 3+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance or product IT;● Proven track record of successfully completing projects with a clear impact;● Strong analytical and research skills, high level of critical thinking, good general business acumen;● Ability to understand complex topics and generate actionable insights based on your research;● Energetic, cooperative, and hands-on attitude, desire, and ability to get things done;● Ability to communicate complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing, with people at all levels in and outside the organization;● Provuk досвід лідерства в робочому середовищі та/або позакласних заходах;● Розширені навички роботи з Excel і PowerPoint;● Високий рівень англійської мови. Буде перевагою:● Досвід аналізу даних із використанням інструментів SQL і BI;● Досвід прикладного використання інструментів веб- та мобільного інтелекту (SimilarWeb, Sensor Tower, AppMagic тощо).
