Наші співробітники завжди готові реагуванню в надзвичайні ситуації, підтримці та відновленню сталого розвитку через 450 проектів у 43 країнах.FUNCTIONSEnsure effective project implementation.Oversee the beneficiary selection for activities under the project in Mykolaiv region, including grant distribution, scholarship, and training delivery.With the support of the Project Manager, train team member for and supervise information / outreach sessions, meetings, and other authorities at different level.Ensure the proper implementation of school outreach campaign.Carry out other duties as requested by the Line Manager.Monitoring and evaluationOrganize and supervise monitoring visits to partners (together with SEED Partnership officer) and beneficiaries, with the support of the Project Manager.Coordinate with Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation team to ensure all M&E activities are implemented timely and fully .Documentation and reportingMaintain accurate records of project activities and beneficiaries’ data in Mykolaiv region.Ensure appropriate record keeping, and transparent financial and logistical processes are properly followed.Ensure appropriate documentation of all processes and activities implemented in Mykolaiv region.Provide weekly updates on project activities to Project ManagerReport any delays/issues with project activities to Project ManagerTeam managementSupervise Project assistant in Mykolaiv and support the Project Manager with recruitment as necessary.Ensure compliance with ACTED security policies during project implementation.Internal and external relationsCollaborate with Acted internal departments such as finance, logistics or compliance, to guarantee proper documentation and process follow up.Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and leverage resources.Represent the organization at relevant meetings and events.TECHNICAL SKILLSExperience in Project Planning, project life cycle and humanitarian project implementation.Fluent in Russian and Ukrainian, professional level of English.Data management skills.Analytical skillsWriting and reporting skillsHigh level of flexibility and motivationМи пропонуємоОфіційне працевлаштування;Регулярний перегляд зарплат;28 календарних днів відпустки на рік;Дружня мультикультурна команда;Комфортний офіс у центральній частині міста;Кар'єрний ріст;Медичне страхування після випробувального терміну (3 місяці).CVs in English will be considered_______________________________________________________________________________________________“ACTED has a zero-tolerance approach to sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (SEAH).
