Sales Manager (B2B channel)TP-LINK is looking for experienced, self-motivated, well-organized and result-oriented person with positive attitude to job, able to overtake challenging tasks and successfully complete them!What you'll be doing:Developing our brand and supporting sales of products on the market in the field of SMB;Key role in preparation of product launch strategy;Building and developing B2B partner sales channel - system integrators (SI), VAD(value added disti) , installation companies, etc.;Regular customer visits, establishing and maintaining partner relationships, identifying customer needs;Providing customer service at a commercial level and organizing of product training;Gathering information and news on the company's main competitors, monitoring competitive activity with clients and market trends;Attending partner events, conferences and training sessions;Managing key programs and activities, working with the marketing department.What knowledge and skills you should have:3+ years of relevant experience with business wifi, IP camera systems, CCTV etc. is mandatory;B2 English (upper intermediate) level;Good communication and negotiation skills;Sense of organisation, precision and proactivity;Ability to follow through to the end;Interest and understanding of IT and new technologies;Driving licence group B (desirable).We Offer:Challenging work in an international company.Attractive remuneration.Possibility to work remotely.Official employment according Ukrainian legislation.Interested parties should send a detailed CV in English.
