This includes process and tools development, data collection and analysis, and reporting. S/he will work on the following areas: qualitative and quantitative data collection, assessment scheduling and coordination, data analysis and use, and quality monitoring.The MEAL Officer will contribute to supporting Oxfam’s partners to apply the standard monitoring approaches in line with Oxfam’s strategy and framework. In addition to review the partners’ tools and database to ensure their accuracy which should meet the standard indicators.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelopthedatacollectiontoolsandMELactivitiesthatprovidesaccurateandusablefiguresandinformation.Assistinthedesignofinformationcollectiontoolsandinterviews.Managetheaccuracy,timelinessandcompletenessofdatacollectionprocesses.Organizedatacollectionprocess/analysethisdata.Takepartandcarryoutassessments,evaluationsandanyotherformofsurvey.Maintainprojectprogresstrackinginatimelymanner.Managedigitaldatacollectionusing the digitaldatacollectiontechnologyofOxfam.SupportProgramteamsinfeedingtheneededreports.TeamManagementandCapacityBuilding:ProvidedirectsupervisionoftheEnumerators/fieldteam.Providecapacitybuildingtrainingstoenumerators/fieldteamonMEALsurveys.Partner’sSupportEnsurethatalltherelevantpartnerstaffknow,meet,andapplyOxfamMEALrequirementsEnsurepositiveandeffectivecoachingfromOxfamtopartnerMEALstaff.Trainthepartnersonprogrammonitoringanddatacollectiontools.Contributetopartnershipmonitoringbyparticipatinginpartnerreviewmeetingsandprocesses.Conductregularmeetingswithpartner’sfocalpoints(facetofaceand/oronline)Reporting:DevelopandrevisemonitoringactivitiesreportsforMEALactivitiesinthefield.SupporttimelyandqualitysubmissionofMEALreportingsections.Lead the monthly data submissions for the beneficiaries figures and outputs.YOU CAN APPLY ONLY HERE: APPLY HEREПодатися на вакансію можливо тільки за посиленням вище.
