Based on the established strategy and plan, you’ll prepare digests, articles, interviews, and support All-Hands meetings in English. You’ll also establish connections with other functions and stakeholders to foster beneficial cooperation.Responsibilities:Implementing an internal communication strategy to support business needs; keep employees informed and engaged.Creating and keeping an internal communication plan of content and events up to date.Creating content to support employee’s engagement, highlighting their achievements and success-stories. Helping to prepare monthly digest.Self-preparation of basic visuals according to the brand book.Helping to prepare on-line All-Hands meeting in Teams (organizing event, working on the content part of the presentation, support with hosting the event).Following team’s and company’s OKRs.Gathering and analysis of best practices and trends in the corporate internal communication field.Other tasks related to internal communications needs of our company.Main requirements:English language level — Advanced.
