An ideal candidate for this position is proficient in troubleshooting technical issues, conducting in-depth data analysis to identify root causes, and promptly addressing end-user support requests. Moreover, the role entails collaborating with various teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to identify, analyze, and optimize business processes for automation using RPA technologies.Based in CRDF Global's Kyiv office, this role extends support to offices in the EE Hub (currently Ukraine and Poland) and Central Asia. The IT Applications Specialist works closely with the ServiceDesk and Systems Administration teams to efficiently resolve client issues and enhance the efficiency of our business systems.Major Responsibilities:Monitor and promptly respond to support tickets.Document technical notes for the escalation or resolution of service requests.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, and software issues reported to the Service Desk.Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities within Microsoft 365.Design and develop automation solutions using Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.Develop and maintain documentation for automation solutions, including workflows, user guides, and training materials.Monitor and maintain existing automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation solutions.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Microsoft 365 automation.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.5 years of desktop support or systems administration experience.Proficiency in Windows environments, including desktop builds, fixes, repairs, and software installations.Understanding of Azure and AWS cloud environments.Ability to independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues.Experience with technology lifecycles and refresh processes.Outstanding customer service and communication skills.Ability to multitask, answer a call, research solutions, exhaust all resources and coordinate support issues to ensure timely solutions.Ability to communicate and interact effectively as a member of a team, within a global organization, with multiple levels of internal managementта персонал. Знання HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch. Досвід роботи в міжнародному середовищі. Кілька років досвіду в архітектурі автоматизації, проектуванні та впровадженні , бажано в складних корпоративних середовищах. Досвід аналізу процесів, проектування робочого процесу та системної інтеграції є цінним. Володіння інструментами RPA (такими як UiPath, Automation Anywhere або Blue Prism), мовами програмування (такими як Python або Java) і даними технології інтеграції. Досвід створення користувальницьких API з використанням безсерверної архітектури з функціями Azure для інтеграції рішень RPA з існуючими системами та інфраструктурою.
