As a Manager in the Platform Engineering Department, you will lead a team of DevOps experts dedicated to designing, implementing, and maintaining our Platform Infrastructure (Kubernetes, Observability, Continuous Delivery) which powers hundreds of microservices developed by over a thousand engineers. If you have a passion for large-scale systems and a desire to drive change, then we know you'll love it here.What You’ll Do As a Devops ManagerLead a high-performing DevOps team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Participate in and lead project planning and sprint planning activities, ensuring effective prioritization and resource utilization.Improve scalability and maintain the high availability of our platform infrastructure, deployed across more than a dozen production environments using a hybrid cloud approach, including GCP, AWS, and on-premises data centers.Enrich our Kubernetes-centered platform infrastructure with new technologies.Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address areas of improvement in our development and deployment processes, utilizing GitOps, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD processes.Actively promote and spread the DevOps culture throughout the company.What You’ll BringPrior leadership experience in any of the following roles: Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Architect.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD platforms.Proficiency in one or more scripting languages.Understanding of observability tools such as Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana, DataDog, InfluxDB, or similar.Experience with being on-call, resolving complex incidents, and employрозробляти стратегії, щоб запобігти їх повторенню.
