Ця посада забезпечує важливу підтримку фінансовому директору або фінансовому менеджеру в ефективному управлінні фінансовими діями.The Plant Controller Deputy plays a key role in supporting the financial management and control of the plant’s operations. They assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures. This position provides essential support to the Plant Controller or Finance Manager in the effective management of financial activities.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting: Facilitate preparation of accurate financial reports (both management and statutory), including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Cost Analysis: Assist in analyzing and tracking manufacturing costs, variances, and operational performance. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost savings, and enhanced financial control. Perform in-depth analysis of Material Price Variance (MPV), Purchase Price Variance (PPV), and Standard Price Variance (SPV) to understand the drivers of cost fluctuations within the supply chain processes.Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts and ensure adherence to budgetary goals.Tax management: identify potential tax risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks. Contribute to the development of tax strategies that align with the organization’s overall financial objectives, including tax-efficient structuring of transactions and operations. Review tax-related financial reports and disclosures in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and ensure accurate and timely reporting. Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations and provide guidance and training to relevant personnel within the organization to ensure compliance.Transfer Pricing: Monitor and maintain transfer pricing policies to ensure they align with global tax strategies and regulations, and support preparation of any necessary documentation and reporting.Inventory Management: Support in monitoring inventory levels and inventory control processes.Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures, as well as local and US regulatory requirements (inc. SOX).Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide recommendations for improvements.Month-End Close: Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.Internal Controls: Help establish and maintain internal controls and processes / procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.ERP Systems: Utilize ERP systems and financial software (data cubes) to manage financial data and reporting.Collaboration: Collaborate wміжфункціональні команди, включаючи операційний, комерційний та інші департаменти, для досягнення фінансових цілей і визначення областей для вдосконалення процесів, зменшення відходів і підвищення ефективності фінансових і бухгалтерських процесів заводу. Стандартизація: працюйте над стандартизацією фінансових і бухгалтерських процесів і процедури для забезпечення узгодженості та зменшення варіацій, дотримуючись принципів Lean. Кваліфікація: ступінь магістра фінансів, бухгалтерського обліку або суміжної галузі. Сертифікація ACCA/CPA/CMA є перевагою. Поглиблений рівень англійської мови. Попередній досвід роботи на аналогічній фінансовій або бухгалтерській посаді, бажано у виробництві чи виробництві. Досконале володіння Microsoft Excel і знайомство з фінансовим програмним забезпеченням і системами ERP. Сильна аналітика та здатність до вирішення проблем навички. Відмінні комунікативні та міжособистісні навички. Орієнтований на деталі та організований, практичний підхід. Здатність працювати в швидкоплинному, динамічному середовищі. Знання принципів обліку витрат і виробничих процесів є плюсом.
