Our client is a Ukrainian representative of a large international holding company that heads a group of more than 250 subsidiaries around the world producing pharmaceuticals, sanitary products and medical equipment.
Now we are looking for a Senior Planner Lead Specialist - Demand and Customer Strategy Lead Specialist (SFE) for them.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manages the Department's objectives in accordance with the Company's objectives.
- Increase services for internal customers to support prescribing. Upselling to existing or new customers.
- Communicate market information about new opportunities and risks.
- Understands external customer needs and current market conditions in accordance with current laws regarding pricing. Accordingly, identifies unmet needs and directs internal resources in line with those needs.
- Maintains and increases the Company's drug availability in pharmaceutical warehouses; organizes wholesaler and pharmacy sales campaigns with a financial monitoring model to increase the market presence of products through enhanced financial and commercial opportunities.
- Coordinates the commercial infrastructure for the participation of products in tenders. Manages the process in accordance with the tender price strategy.
- To protect the financial interests of the company, researches alternative methods to increase the sales of brands.
- Combines campaign information with data from the market, Sales Marketing and Finance department, performs cost & benefit analysis, guarantees the result, and acts for its application in real life.
- To contribute to a more realistic Sales & Marketing budget, it creates monthly and periodic forecasts with the Sales & Marketing department once a month.
- Effectively manages the planning to ensure that its products are in sufficient quantity on time. Organizes the weekly or monthly channel inventory report.
Qualifications:
- University graduate
- Having 3-4 years of experience in a similar position (sales and/or marketing department experience)
- A high level of Industry or Commercial knowledge
- Internal/External customer orientation
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in team management
- Strategic thinking, analytical thinking skills, planning and organization skills
- Being detail, quality and result oriented
