Gross Mindset Visioner Responsibilities:Develop and implement communication strategies across all organizational projects.Manage partnerships with the UN, international organizations, the Ukrainian government, Verkhovna Rada, and the Ombudman office, the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office, local media.Create and lead advocacy and promotional campaigns to support project objectives.Ensure consistent messaging across various platforms and stakeholders.Coordinate media relations, including press releases, interviews, and social media presence.Monthly communications reports and their presentation. Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience in communications, public relations, or advocacy work.Experience collaborating with international organizations, government agencies, and civil society.Expertise in designing and executing communication and advocacy campaigns.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in digital communication tools (PowerPoint, graphic engines, text editors) and platforms, with a solid understanding of media trends and practices.Duration: 1 year with possible extension.
