We have a great career opportunity for a Commercial Development Manager in an international leading renewable energy company with a representative office in Kyiv.Our Partner initiates, plans and builds wind and solar projects worldwide. The Company is an independent power producer (IPP) that executes large-scale international projects as a general contractor and takes over technical and commercial management as an asset manager. In addition, our Partner has a technological competence and develops AI solutions for renewable energies.We are currently looking for a skilled and responsible Commercial Development Manager who will be involved in market analysis, attraction corporate offtakers for the Company’s renewable energy plants (wind, solar, biomethane), managing negotiations and structuring PPAs.Main Responsibilities:Seeking corporate offtakers for the Company’s power plants, managing negotiations and structuring PPAsEstablishing a market analytic function to:- Analyze offtakers' consumption profile match with the generation - Develop flexible PPAs structures- Build market expertise: regularly tracking market trends in Ukraine and neighboring countries, understanding price patterns, and key factors for price fluctuations- Find opportunities for entering new market segments and businesses (storages, hybrid plants)- Prepare the Company’s wind projects for the open market- Develop the regulatory framework and build up the expertise to sell electricity via PPAsSupporting financing processes including grant financing (sensitivity analysis, monitoring of covenants, financial modelling, reporting, participation in DDs)Project management:- Create and manage project plans, including budget and timeline- Project financial modelling- Monitor the execution of project development tasks, providing regular reports on progress- Maintain an organized project library, actively managing document flow and recording the status of all project documentsParticipating in various projects on demandQualifications and professional experience:2-5 years’ work experience in the implementation of energy or infrastructure projectsFluency in Ukrainian and EnglishExcellent Microsoft Office skillsPersonal qualities:Energy Transition EnthusiastProactivenessAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills, analytical and systems mindsetWe offer:Competitive salary and official employmentOpportunity for careergrowth in an international renewable energy companyBeing a part of Ukraine’s energy transitionWorkplace in a modern office in KyivIf you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for renewable energy projects, please send your CV to
