Experience in digital, IT, media, or Big4 industries is a strong advantage.Expertise in managerial reporting, financial standards, and reporting systems: In-depth understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and international financial reporting standards (IFRS), with experience in modern managerial reporting systems.Tax management knowledge: Solid understanding of local and international tax regulations, transfer pricing, and experience in implementing efficient tax strategies.Optimization skills: Ability to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost management, and efficiency improvements.Advanced English proficiency: Experience working with English-language reports and international partners.Entrepreneurial mindset: Strategic business vision, adaptability to change, and maintaining high standards of financial discipline.Analytical skills: Proficiency in analyzing large data volumes, forecasting financial indicators, identifying risks, and proposing solutions.Nice to have:Professional certifications: ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent certifications.IPO experience: Participation in preparing and executing processes for taking a company public is a significant plus.Key Responsibilities:Financial planning and management: Developing, implementing, and overseeing budgets; analyzing P&L performance, managing balance sheets, and cash flow.Managerial reporting and financial systems: Designing, implementing, and optimizing reporting systems to ensure transparency of financial metrics and support decision-making.Tax management: Developing and implementing tax-efficient strategies, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.Audit and compliance: Coordinating work with auditors and managing audit processes.IFRS reporting: Ensuring compliance with international financial reporting standards and integrating new standards into the company’s operations.Cost analysis and optimization: Identifying and implementing opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.Developing financial strategies: Defining company financial goals and creating strategies to achievМи пропонуємо: стабільну компанію, яка працює на ринку понад 12 років.
