The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, managing stakeholders, and translating requirements into detailed documentation.This role requires expertise in creating BRDs and SRSs, proficiency in process modelling using UML and BPMN as well as experience in managing user stories, defining API integration requirements, and writing technical documentation. Exposure to cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements.Analyse and prioritise requirements based on business value and feasibility.Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including business users, product owners, developers, and QAs.Communicate effectively to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.Manage expectations and ensure stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle.Documentation:Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) detailing business needs, processes, and requirements.Create detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) outlining system behaviour, features, and functionalities.Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.Process Modelling:Utilise UML and BPMN to model business processes, workflows, and system interactions.Analyse and optimise existing processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.User Story Management:Work closely with product owners and development teams to define, prioritise, and manage user stories in Agile environments.Ensure user stories are well-defined, testable, include Acceptance criteria and aligned with business objectives.API Integration Requirements:Define integration requirements for APIs, ensuring seamless communication between systems and applications.Collaborate with development teams to validate API functionality and compatibility.Technical Documentation:Write clear and detailed technical documentation including system architecture diagrams, API specifications, and data models.Document integration points, data flows, and system dependencies to support development and maintenanCrypto та Blockchain: Використовуйте знання про криптовалюту та технології блокчейну для підтримки розробки інноваційних фінансових рішень. Досвід моделювання процесів за допомогою UML і BPMN. Знайомство з гнучкими методологіями та інструментами керування історіями користувачів (наприклад, Jira). Знайомство з Confluence/Draw.ioKnowledge принципів інтеграції API та найкращих практик. Чудові навички письмового та усного спілкування. Здатність ефективно працювати в міжфункціональних командах і адаптуватися до мінливих пріоритетів. Знання криптовалют і технологій блокчейн є плюсом.
