Qualifications:

• Advanced user of Google tools.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail.
• Knowledge of additional tools like Figma will be a significant advantage.
• Experience working as an HR Assistant, Talent Sourcer, IT Researcher, or in a similar position is a plus.
• Understanding of the full HR cycle is a plus.
• High communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsibility, ability to work within deadlines.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and desire to grow with the company.
• At least Intermediate English or higher.
• Experience with PeopleForce or another CRM.

Responsibilities:

• HR administration.
• Creation of documents and tables.
• Conducting research.
• Organizing online events.
• Participating in various HR projects and initiatives.
