We invite to our team a Project Manager to manage the humanitarian projects of the organization.

International Charitable Foundation "Your City" created the first Volunteer Medical Assistance Centers in Ukraine. Since 2022, more than 85,000 people have received help from the "Your City" fund. The team continues its mission to save lives and maintain the health of those who need it most, contributing to the overall physical and mental recovery of Ukrainians.

Project Der Manager ist die Schlüsselfigur, die humanitäre Projekte vollständig verwaltet. Among the main tasks are the coordination of the fund's work areas, interaction with donors, partners and control of all stages of implementation of initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in the field of charity and project management
• Proficient command of the English language
• Higher education (preferably medical)
• Knowledge principles of humanitarian assistance, ability to work with project documentation and reporting
• Excellent communication skills, high organization, stress resistance

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementation of projects: development, implementation and monitoring of humanitarian programs fund
• Coordination of the team: organization of the work of volunteers and employees of medical aid centers
• Interaction with partners: cooperation with donors, partners, state structures on the implementation of initiatives
• Reporting and presentations: preparation project applications, reports and presentations

Working conditions

• Zeitplan: Montag - Freitag, von 9:00 bis 17:00 Uhr. (full-time)
• Work format: office in Odesa, full-time employment
• Salary: from UAH 55,000/month.
• Formation: official employment, social guarantees in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine
